In the mood for something a little different on your usual weekend nights? Geneseo Late Knight hosts events every Friday and Saturday night to provide fun alternatives to your typical schedule. You don’t have to pay for anything as everything is funded by SA and mandatory student fees, so you can come and go as you please.
Events include everything from comedians to musicians, from crafts to tournaments to athletics…and new ideas just keep coming. You can check up on the events for each weekend at the GLK website here. You can also check upcoming events for the semester here.
There are some events and activities that you’ll find at the same time, every weekend. Every Friday, Late Knight hosts Open Gym at Kuhl, pool and games at The Corner Pocket, and Midnight Movies. On Saturdays you can enjoy Midnight Bowling and The Corner Pocket.
Late Knight exists to provide students with the activities that they want. In fact, most events are actually created by student organizations. Any recognized organization can receive up to $300 in funding for an event they’d like to host during Late Knight hours.
